Fantastic stay
stay for 4 nights, the room is clean and nice, staffs are helpful and friendly. great location and you have $30 credit for f&b from your amenity fee which is fab! Will definitely stay again!

Loved the property. Room was comfortable and bed/bedding was like a cloud.
Staff were great, really nice bar. Elevators were slow and often full, but you’d expect that in an older building.

Beyond expectations
What a nice hotel! We stayed here for the US Open and IHG is the official hotel of the tournament, so it was busy but very well managed so it did not feel crowded at all. Staff was friendly and provided great service. It is a true gem in the heart of NY and we will definitely stay here again.
