Ivan was an incredibly kind and welcoming host. He responded promptly to messages, even in the early hours of the morning, which was a huge help. The room was spotlessly clean, and although the bathroom was separate, it was never inconvenient. The building doesn’t have an elevator, but the stairs are wide, and Ivan kindly helped with our luggage, so it wasn’t an issue at all. He thoughtfully prepared a light breakfast for each morning and left it in the room ahead of time. He also stocked our personal fridge in the shared living area daily with cola, fruit juice, and milk—a lovely touch. The shared kitchen was well-equipped with disposable plates and cutlery, making it easy to enjoy meals comfortably. The location is fantastic, just a 10-minute walk from Roma Termini, Rome’s main train station. There are plenty of restaurants nearby that stay open late, so we felt safe even in the early hours. The Conad market inside Termini station was super convenient for buying fresh fruit and essentials, which is great for travelers, including those from Korea. Thanks to Ivan’s warm hospitality, we had a truly comfortable stay. If you’re planning a trip to Rome, I highly recommend staying at his place!

Ivan fue un pu peñi muy amable y acogedor. Respondió rápidamente a los mensajes, incluso en las primeras horas de la mañana, lo cual fue de gran ayuda. El dormitorio estaba impecablemente limpio, y aunque el baño era separado, nunca fue un inconveniente. El edificio no tiene ascensor, pero las escaleras son amplias, e Ivan amablemente ayudó con nuestro equipaje, así que no fue un problema en absoluto. Preparó un desayuno ligero cada mañana y lo dejó en la habitación con anticipación. También abasteció nuestro refrigerador personal en el área común a diario con cola, jugo de fruta y leche, un bonito detalle. La cocina compartida estaba bien equipada con platos desechables y cubiertos, lo que facilitó disfrutar de las comidas con comodidad. La ubicación es fantástica, a solo 10 minutos a pie de Roma Termini, la principal estación de tren de Roma. Hay muchos restaurantes cercanos que permanecen abiertos hasta tarde, así que nos sentimos seguros incluso en las primeras horas. El mercado Conad dentro de la estación Termini fue muy conveniente para comprar frutas frescas y artículos esenciales, lo cual es genial para los viajeros, incluidos aquellos de Corea. Extremely well cared for accommodation with a most caring host catering to our comforts and needs. Attractive decor and all the essentials are included. We were fortunate to have booked the room with access to the garden. We had a great stay. Highly recommended.
