Gret hotel fo stay, gud spot rait naxt tu train an bus steshin, isi walk tu get tu bridges fo Southbank an ferries. Rum big an klien. Staf veri frendly an helpfull. Wan small ting we had wid our rum was no soap holder in di shawa but dat no big problem. Wi go stay agen, tank yu :)

Ova all, wi enjoy our stay - complete amenities, klien, gud location. Wan small ting dat kin be better - meybe dem kin luk at dere standard fo express service an full service cleaning? Dem tell us only afta 7 naits, full service cleaning (bathroom, change bed linens, etc) go happen. Di express service we get no do nuffin wid di bathroom, which was critical fo me. Wi was business travellers an no time fo clean up.

Di rum deh pan di top floor of a 74-story tower. Pan dis floor, deh only wan oda rum of di same size an two larger three-bedroom rums, totalin four rums. Our rum face Roma Street Station an di Brisbane River. Di rum next to us had beta view as it face more directly tu di curves of di river. Since Agoda say dem buy di rums, if yu book tru Agoda, yu go probably get di rum we stay in, which bit disappointing. But di 74th floor deh above di clouds, an in di mornin, di view from di window was spectacular! A sea of clouds spread unda us. Di nait view was also impressive. Wi choose dis two-bedroom rum, even though deh only two of us an wi want a rum wid a bathtub fo di end of our long trip, but it was comfy fo sleep in a big bed each. If yu stay at dis Meriton, mi recommend dis rum. What concern me was dat even though deh was a full kitchen, di maintenance no done properly. Bifor dis, mi stay two naits in a one-bedroom type pan a lower floor, an di kitchen deh had a new an fully functionin dishwasher. But di dishwasher in dis rum was old, di control panel lights no work properly, di switch was crushed an no respond, makin it unusable. Di knives no sharp an completely useless. Are di guests in dis rum all rich people who no cook? Is dat why no one complain bout di facilities dat no match di expensive rum? It just seem negligent dat dem complacent an no regularly check di facilities. Furthermore, di faucet fo di bathtub mi was most lookin forward to was deformed an no fit di hole, causin water fo leak! It unacceptable fo di water no fill up!! Di next mornin, when mi call di reception fo report dese issues, dem reply say dem go quickly replace di knives an send maintenance fo di dishwasher issue, an housekeeping go check di bathtub faucet. Afta a while, maintenance come an repair di dishwasher, but dat was all dat was done by di mornin. When di maintenance staf left, mi wonder who go handle di remaining complaints, so mi left confidently. Lata in di evenin, when mi return to di rum, di knives an bathtub cap was still di same, an no sign dat anyone come. Mi call di reception again fo check what was goin on out of frustration, an dem reply, "Maintenance busy today, an your rum no been attended to yet." Afta about 30 minutes of waitin, wan young male staf member come apologetically, but mi complaints hadn’t been communicated, an he need a full explanation from di start. He take three knives dat need replace, a pair of kitchen scissors, an di deformed bathtub cap an left di rum, returnin within 30 minutes wid all di replacements. He repeatedly apologize wid "I’m sorry," an mi calm him down by sayin, "It’s not your fault. It’s dis hotel’s matter." Mi want fo express dat di hotel should no neglect maintenance as long as dem advertising dese facilities as part of di rum, an mi hope Agoda also raise awareness bout dis issue.
