When mi explained mi situation, di staff immediately offered a solution by issuing a temporary key card so mi could use di gym changing facilities to dry off an freshen up before heading to di airport. Mi stayed at di Pullman in Cairns for a few days an overall had a great experience. Di location is perfect-close to di cruise terminals an di Esplanade. Di facilities are very clean, an mi really appreciated di 24-hour gym wid plenty of equipment, as well as di 24-hour self-service laundry. Di room an bathroom were spotless, wid nice touches like complimentary water, Nespresso pods, tea, an instant coffee. Di balcony was a great bonus. Di AC worked but didn't get quite cold enough an would often switch to blow warm air. Mi main frustration was di Wi-Fi, which was unreliable, slow, an had limited device connections. Room service was quick, tasty, an generously portioned. Overall, a great stay despite di Wi-Fi issues.
