Wi had a wonderful overnight stay at Hilton fo celebrate wi anniversary, an it truly made wi special occasion even more memorable. From di moment wi arrive, di staff dem were warm, welcoming an genuinely attentive. Dem made wi feel valued straight away, which set di tone fo a relaxing an enjoyable stay. Our room was spotless, beautifully presented an very comfortable – perfect fo a quiet night away together.

Great central location - easy fo get to anywhere in di city. Also amazing block out blinds an sound proofing makes it feel like yu de in di middle of nowhere. Di fridge was a little small fo our BYO bottle of wine.

Di location is really good as it is very central to a lot of places. Most staff were very friendly an professional. Di lobby area is quite pleasant. Di beds are very comfortable. Di corridor area fitout is very well done. Reception staff need a bit more training an could be better versed in dem communication skills. Di toilets need to be updated - particularly di shower area which looks a bit mouldy. Di minibar should be filled with snacks an drinks. Breakfast was a very unpleasant experience as a large indian party was also using di room at di time. Dis should have been coordinated better. Finally, wi were provided a takeaway breakfast on di day of departure. Staff had forgotten to get dis prepared as it took dem 20-25 mins to prepare dem once being reminded. Di quality of di items provided in di packs were really poor an wi would all have preferred to not to have had it.
