I enjoyed everything about this establishment. The welcome was warm, and the staff were attentive and professional, making my stay very enjoyable. The room was comfortable, well-furnished, and impeccably clean. I also loved the hotel's setting, its ideal location, and the services offered, especially the restaurant which served delicious cuisine. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel and look forward to returning for another stay. Honestly, there was nothing I didn't like during my visit. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and I encountered no issues. I was completely satisfied with all the services and the hospitality. Thank you for this wonderful experience.

Given the quality and design of the services at this hotel, I expected a more substantial breakfast. However, the staff were very pleasant. There was a lack of variety.

We took advantage of a promotion to spend four days at this establishment. From the moment you enter, you are captivated by the animal sculptures from Guyana and you feel a sense of calm that this place exudes. The reception and restaurant staff are very friendly and display a high level of professionalism. A special mention goes to the manager and the waiter in the restaurant. We highly recommend this establishment.
