On checking in, dem give my daughter wan rubber duck, wey she love. At breakfast, dem give her wan activity pack too. Di breakfast get lots of vegan and gluten free options. Di room na huge, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Di bed and pillows na very comfortable. Di table and sofa and chairs na useful, as well as di fridge, wine glasses and desk. Di tv na huge and so na di bathtub. Dere also na wan lobi shower and di toiletries na nice. Wi also get bathrobes and slippers included, wey na anoda nice touch. Dem also provide wan free toothbrush for my daughter as wi don forget to pack hers. Di swimming pool and jacuzzi na great too. Di pool na only 1.2m deep, so make am easier for my daughter, wey no too confident swimmer, however dere na no lifeguard, so bear dat in mind. Di pool na lot smaller than e look for di pictures too.

Wi no discover until day 2 say dere na anoda lift wey wi fit use because 2 oda lifts no dey function, causing excessive wait times going to and from di room. Checking in na uncomfortably slow, very few check in staff and each check in take far too long causing a very long queue. Bar staff no very engaging and dem slow, 15 minute wait for wan bowl of nuts! Check out staff member very rude, snatch my room key from me and send us on our way no courteous “goodbye”, “thanks” nothing say at all, dis na rude. However, di staff at breakfast na extremely helpful as well as di concierge staff. Overall dis hotel get plenty potential but need to do better!
