Great spot, roomy accommodation but dodgy mattress
The hotel is ideally situated near Tower Bridge Tube station, just a stone's throw away. It's a short stroll to Tower Bridge and Borough Market. We had a Queen bed and a sofa bed. Unfortunately, the Queen bed was quite uncomfortable as the mattress was overly soft. My wife and I found ourselves sinking into it, leading to back pain. A restful night's sleep was hard to come by. I woke up several times during the night and had to sleep on my side. Aside from that, the room was tidy and spacious. It came with a microwave and a washer-dryer. Both Still and Sparkling water are available - just ask for a top-up when needed.

Prime location, unbeatable access
I can't emphasise enough how fantastic the location of this hotel is. It's literally just a few steps from the Tower Hill Underground station, and an easy walk to the Tower of London and Tower Bridge. The suite was well-equipped with everything we could possibly need and then some. It had dishes, a dishwasher drawer, a fridge, a two-burner cooktop, and even a washer-dryer combo. The bathroom was roomy, although oddly lacking a hairdryer. The room was spotless, the staff were friendly and efficient, and the concierge was incredibly helpful. I would definitely return to this place.

Five lovely nights marred by one shocking night
I spent six nights at this hotel with my family and two boys. The check-in was a breeze, even though our room wasn't ready when we arrived. The room had a great apartment layout, making it very comfortable for the four of us. The location was superb, with views of the Tower of London and the historic Tower Bridge. The hotel is conveniently close to the Tower Hill Underground station and the DLR station. However, the last night of our stay turned into a nightmare, marking my worst hotel experience in the past five years. The broken air conditioning during our final 24 hours was poorly managed by the hotel. They merely asked us to accept the situation without offering a fan. We ended up requesting that the window be opened for better airflow. The hotel agreed, but disappointingly, not a single staff member came to check on us until we checked out. This was quite disheartening and embarrassing. We left without any compensation or even a hint of remorse from the hotel. Nonetheless, I still recommend this hotel, provided the management addresses these issues. Thank you.
