Di facilities na new, clean an fresh, great night's sleep an good water pressure. Best a all, di staff na friendly an helpful....recyclable bottles an hydration stations pan each floor. We go definitely stay dere next time we deh in town.

Our stay na great, from check in to check out. Di staff na extremely friendly an helpful. Room na very clean, spacious enough an remodeled. Maybe wan real expresso machine instead a di coffee maker in di room go be nice :)

We find wan deal pan Agoda wey na significantly cheaper than booking direct. Although skeptical wey di booking go valid di reservation na seamless. Di hotel na close to Times Square just a few minutes walk an located down wan quiet street away from di hustle an bustle. Di lobby na absolutely beautiful an we find all dealings with di staff pleasant, dem na friendly an helpful. Although di hotel room na dated (look di same as when I stay dere 20 years ago) it don dey impeccably maintained an make for wan comfortable stay, so I wouldn’t be too concerned about comments wey di rooms na dated. Di bed na showing its age an although I sleep well it go great to see di hotel invest in dem to get dem up to scratch with other Sofitels wey I don stay in. Strangely di fridge in di room na broken which appear to be common in dis hotel after reading other reviews. Not really up to standard for wan hotel of dis level especially being in wan one bedroom suite wey fit cost thousands to stay in an also missing na wan kettle or coffee machine wey na unusual, I can’t remember di last place I stay wey no provide dis. Overall due to di rate I manage to get I find value in my stay, if I pay di hotel rate I might have prefer another hotel. If you de look for wan hotel close to Times Square but in wan quiet area I go recommend staying here. Lastly although I de aware of ‘destination fees’ in NYC hotels there na no mention of dis on checking in an wetin benefits I fit obtain, so I find absolutely no benefit to dis during my stay.
