Pullman Paris La Defense Hotel

Mi make reservation na Pullman hotel no mention my wedding anniversary. So when mi stay na Paris, mi visit di hotel before mi booking date. Because mi no prepare any events for mi wedding day. When mi talk to di reception desk staff, him dey very hospitable and help mi. Him name na Gael. Make mi take dis opportunity to thank you very much for dis kindness to us. Thanks to your hospitality, mi feel completely satisfied na Paris. Best, P.S. Gael, wey dey work for di Pullman staff, na di best person wey mi don ever meet for any Paris hotel.

Mi recently stay for dis hotel and, while di location dey excellent (very close to di concert venue) and di concierge team dey warm and welcoming, mi overall experience with di front desk dey disappointing for a five-star property. • At check-in, mi reservation (booked via Agoda) no fit be found. Although e eventually sort out, when mi return to collect di room key, di same issue happen again. • For payment, mi initially pay in cash but ask to switch to a credit card later. Di front desk staff confirm say dis fit be done at check-out, but during check-out, dem tell mi say e no possible. • Mi also request for late check-out. Di staff say dem need check with di manager and go confirm di next day, but mi never receive any response. Di lack of communication and inconsistency between front desk staff dey frustrating and no wetin mi go expect from a five-star hotel. Dat say, di concierge gentlemen dey very professional and friendly, and di hotel’s proximity to di venue na big plus. If di front desk service improve, dis fit be an excellent choice for travelers.
