Hotel room was clean but the bed was too soft for me. I could see the mattress sunk even I did not lie down on it. They provided 2 free bottles of water a day. Staff were nice and polite. Overall, I would give an 8 for the hotel room due to the mattress issue but I would give a 10 to the location. Just 3 mins walk from the Rottedam central station. If you come from Schiphol airport, just take a direct train to Rotterdam Central, walk out the station (toward exit near flatform 1) and the hotel will right in front of you. There was a little plaza right next door to the hotel where you could find good Italian, Japanese and other restaurants, cafe there. There was also a store like CVS in there. It was very convenient. For shopping lovers, you could walk about 5 mins (to the right of the hotel) to reach the whole walking street shopping with stores like Zara, HM, LV, etc.. For Chinese, Vietnamese restaurants, and market, walk 5 less than 5 mins (from the left of the hotel). It was a perfect location for walking around. To reach the cruise port, we took Uber for 18 Euro and the drive was 10 mins. I would recommend this hotel when you have a short stay in Rotterdam, especially for people who take a cruise.
