We booked a room good for 3 pax and it was a great experience. The facilities were clean, all the staff were hospitable, the food is good and it's definitely a place to get a good night's sleep. Its location is very accessible to areas you may wanna go to while staying in the city. The hotel is near SM Mindpro and at night, if you go a little further, you get to experience the night market. There are also a lot of accessible fastfood chains near the hotel. If there is anything I wish for more in the hotel is the availability of lunch and dinner at their rooftop area. As of now, the hotel only serves breakfast from 6:30-9:00 am and a small cafe at the lobby with some pastries and drinks. Overall a great value for your money if you're looking for a place to stay in the city.

I booked through Agoda since it was about *** cheaper than the walk-in rate, and honestly, I’m glad I did! I travel to Zamboanga often for work and have stayed in various hotels around the city, from budget to mid-range. I was a bit hesitant at first because of a few bad reviews, especially about pest issues, but to my surprise, it looks like they’ve really worked on those concerns. I didn’t encounter anything like that during my stay, unlike other hotels I’ve tried nearby. Rooms are huge (yes, with 3 e’s lol), which is a big plus for me because I actually enjoy staying in my hotel during trips. Mattress was super comfy — and I say that as someone who's picky about beds! Linens were clean, and housekeeping was consistent even though I moved across 3 different rooms while I was there. A small thing I appreciated: water stations on every floor! I drink a lot of water (3L+ a day) so this was a win. Also noticed there are designated smoking areas per floor, which might be useful info for some (I don’t smoke though). Another thing worth mentioning, I got a daily call from the manager's office just checking in on my stay. Might be irritating or a bit much for some, but personally I appreciated the effort. It shows they’re really trying to improve guest experience. Also, location-wise, super convenient. It’s literally attached to a mall complex and just steps away from pharmacies, convenience stores, and easy access to public transport. You’re near everything you might need. Only thing I'd really nitpick is how dark the rooms are. For a business hotel, I wish they had brighter overhead lights and maybe a dedicated work area. Would be nice if the breakfast area could double as a co-working space.
