Marcian Business Hotel

Title: Awaiting Response from Marcian Business Hotel on Booking Issue My experience with the Marcian Business Hotel has so far been a mixture of positives and an unfortunate booking issue. Due to a repeated error on the Agoda booking app, I accidentally booked a stay for a date when I wouldn't be available. I contacted the hotel management to request a change in my reservation, and I am currently awaiting their response. Though the booking issue has caused some inconvenience, I would like to highlight the aspects of the hotel that have caught my attention and led me to choose it for my stay. The Marcian Business Hotel has received rave reviews for its excellent blend of modern amenities and classic elegance. The rooms are known to be spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and a functional work area, making it an ideal choice for business travelers. The hotel's location is another advantage. Situated in the heart of the city, it provides easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and shopping centers. The on-site restaurant and well-equipped gym are additional perks that have earned the hotel a reputation for providing a comfortable and convenient experience. As I await the hotel management's response to my request, I am hopeful that they will demonstrate the same commitment to customer service that has earned them positive reviews in the past. I will update this review once I receive their response and have the opportunity to experience the Marcian Business Hotel firsthand.

Booked this hotel as it was the cheapest during the time we booked, which was 3-4 days before check-in. Just be careful when you take public transportation because there are two Marcian hotels (Marcian Garden Hotel is the other one). Make sure to tell them you’re going to Marcian Business Hotel in Climaco Avenue, beside the fire station. The free breakfast has no menu, so you get to eat what they only prepared for you. The aircon in our room functions well, though it takes a minute or two to start. The TV is still 4:3, so the resolution will seem squeezed compared to 16:9. The Wifi works really well so it’s a great place to work remotely as well. Overall, it’s value for money. Recommended for budgetarians.

Our stay was comfortable. Its a big room and the AC is new and cold. Staff are friendly and accommodating. The only thing was we booked a triple with single beds, but we were given a double and single bed. It worked out well because I was with my daughter but if not, it would made the stay awkward and uncomfortable. Try to comply with the booking, there is a reason why we choose the beds. But other than that, our stay was comfy and perfect. I will definitely be back☺️
