Mi haffi seh mi enjoy both di stay an di facilities provided. Di rooms mi see was clean an di environment was peaceful an calm. It was a pleasure, mi will definitely stay again.

Celebrate a child’s birthday. Very pleasant experience. Di staff an room service above an beyond. Di manager was very helpful wid accommodating di needs of SEN child. Minor issues wid di electrical system in di room. Jacuzzi was very popular among di family. Dining experience was good although dere was miscommunication wid breakfast, it was resolved wid hotel credit to get dinner from di restaurant which was nice. Woulda love to have more variety of foods available at affordable price, however di options to order uber eats is available at di hotel. Also woulda love if some family friendly activities was available at di hotel or nearby (golf or mom daughter spa service) as dere is no kids channel available on tv (di manager helped wid dis though). Little upset dere wasn’t any hotel branded pens but mi can live wid dat. Di family had an amazing experience an would love to revisit in di near future.

Lovely staff, di lady (mi didn't catch her name) was very kind an even upgraded mi room for mi which was a treat. Answered any question mi had an made things very easy. Although it didn't bother mi massively. Dere was stickers stuck on di side of di sink which just give an impression dat it hadn't been cleaned thoroughly as dem woulda been seen. Wasn't a big deal for mi but if dat was missed it did make you wonder if odda things had been.
