Dis hotel a great choice for families. Mi stay wid mi mum, an she was real happy wid all di services an staff. Mi believe dis hotel gwine always be we first choice from now on.

A breath of fresh air in di UK. A Asian owned property in London, so di Asian hospitality real good in di middle of London. Di service was very good from di moment mi pull in to di front driveway. Di valet was excellent an prompt. Mi make a comment (not even a complaint) 'bout smoke smells in di room an mi get immediate replacement an upgrade. An mi get 3 apologies even pon check out. But mi was really fine wid it after di change. Di replacement room was incredibly clean an fresh. Di only let down was di mini bar, which wasn’t stocked, dere is a QR code to inform you to stock what you like but after calling to say di same, we end up paying room service rate which double di price in di mini bar. However, di service was so good dat mi didn’t mind di extra. Maybe odda guests might mind so please update di information an process. Great stay nevertheless. Will be back.

Di Royal Lancaster is di pinnacle of service. We was spoiled by di entire staff from di moment we arrive to di day we depart. Di hotel itself is very stylish inside an out. Di lobby an restaurants elegant an di staff polished. Although everybody polite, dem warm an friendly too. Anytime we call reception to request something (usually more coffee... cause we drink TOO much of it) it was delivered in minutes by a cheerful staff member. Our room was sensational wid a terrific view of London an Hyde Park. It was well furnished an very comfortable. We took advantage of di heated towel racks to dry our towels for di next day. Di Royal Lancaster keen pon conservation; reducing water usage a priority for dem an something we applaud. We like to give our sincere thanks to di concierge Sebastián who is a consummate foody an a lovely man. He make several dinner recommendations for us an take care of di reservations. Every place he send us to was outstanding. Our gratitude also go to Ernestas at di concierge desk who secure cabs for us an Vlad who welcome us back after our long days of sightseeing. Special thanks to Cindy, di guest relations manager who make sure our afternoon tea in di café was flawless an dat, as guests, we feel appreciated. She had lovely tea cakes delivered to our room several times. Mi would like to note dat di hotel is in a perfect location whether you a first time visitor to London or a seasoned traveler. It's not only quiet but di Lancaster Gate tube station just around di corner as well as a bus stop pon both sides of Bayswater. We took advantage of dem excellent location to public transportation. Di Royal Lancaster was, by far, di best experience we ever had at a hotel. In a word, Magnificent! We looking forward to returning as soon as possible. Nothing... it was perfect!
