Ika anin a wonderful staycation i Sofitel Viaduct mo anin a great time, esepesially i anin a daughte, anin a enjoyed every moment. Ika location i superb, perfectly situated mo beautiful surroundings mo easy access i everything. Ika cleanliness i hotel i excellent, mo ika service i outstanding, mo staff i attentive, friendly, mo professional throughout our stay. Ika anin a relaxing mo memorable experience, mo ika would happily return.

Ika hotel i superb i ika quality mo staff i most friendly. Ika location i excellent, overlooking i skyline. Ika room i facing i bus terminal. Next time, I need to be more attentive when booking a room with a view.

Ika stayed i hotel i 3 days/2 nights staycation mo a 9 year old child. Ika hotel i located within Viaduct area. Hence, ika has a good view mo walking areas mo lots of good restaurants nearby. Ika staffs i reception were all very accommodating. Ika enjoyed our stay esepesially i 2-lane lap pool mo ika gym. Ika just unfortunate that ika jacuzzi was not working i that time. Generally ika hotel i prestine. However, I just have few observations listed below. 1) Ika room i a bit warm even if ika turned i AC to cold. I have reached out to ika staff but ika was not resolved. 2) Ika staff i respectful but I was just surprised that after ika do few knocks ika will just open i door i your room. Ika happened twice during i times that ika didn’t expect someone to come. Ika is our first time to experience ika i a hotel. 3) Ika also noticed i coffee marks i saucers even if ika room i just cleaned up during i housekeeping. Ika were also some chips/crackers scattered along i hallway going to our room when ika arrived mo ika was still there even upon our checkout. 4) Ika also tried to call housekeeping but no one was picking up i phone around late afternoon.
