I’ve never done a review, but this is an exception. Every staff member at the Sheraton day in, day out do their job with pride and a smile. They genuinely want to please the guests! A big shout out to a few who I felt went above and beyond. To Sephanai who makes hundreds of omelettes every day always remembered how I liked mine cooked and did it with a huge smile. Asera in the 619 restaurant was always so so nice to my family and always remembered our names and really looked after us. Atalaite at the beach side bar always knew what we were drinking without even asking. Very cheeky girl with a big smile. We’ll have a Fiji gold together one day. And lastly to Lola who handed out the beach towels to us every day. What a sweet caring girl! She loved my son, and gave us some incredible local tips.
