Paramount Hotel Dubai

I cant recommend this outstanding hotel enough! Do not hesitate to book your stay here, you will certainly not regret it. From the moment I walked into the hotel lobby, it literally took my heart with the beaitiful ambiance and the very warm welcome which started at the main lobby gate by Rangana wearing his nice Willy Wonka hat and a lovely welcoming smile. The receptionists were all friendly and helpful yet I was extremely lucky to be checking in with Mr. Luke.. He was really professional and very friendly welcomed me in a nice way. I was upgraded to Downtown Scene room in one of the highest floors, special thanks to Mr. Luke for providing me with one of the best rooms I've ever stayed at. And while I was waiting for my room to be ready, Mr. Luke also provided me with a spa voucher, so I made use of it during my stay and it was absolutely worth going to Pause Spa. They were all so professional. Allan at the lobby also guided me and helped me during my stay and was friendly and cheerful all the time. The rooms are inspired by Paramount pictures movies and beautifully decorated. The room is so beautiful, spacious and clean. The bed is extremely comfortable and as a coffee addict, the coffee machine in the room was a huge plus for me. The bathroom was gorgeous! The bath tub was a perfect relaxing end to my day! The dine in room service was quick and the food came hot and delicious! What a great menu with wide varieties to choose from. Absolutely loved the hidden TV inside the mirrior as well and the automatic shutters and curtains. Allan at the lobby also guided me and helped me during my stay and was friendly and cheerful all the time. Make sure you get your stay with breakfast as you do not want to miss this srumptious breakfast with wide varieties and different cuisines.. kuddos to Mr. Jean-Pierre the Director of Food and Beverages for this outstanding breakfast! And thank you for being so helpful and very kind to show me around and welcoming me with a warm heart and smile. What a lovely start for my day indeed. I didnt have to worry about renting a car, as you can easily find many taxis waiting outside. And the location of the hotel is just perfect! Its literally 10 min away from Dubai mall, Burj Khalifa, Dubai opera House and many more. Business bay is the best location as its in the center. Nelson the concierge was really helpful and kind making sure i get the taxi at the right time and checking for me which Airport terminal should I head to so I dont miss my flight. A very kind gesture of him. Thank you brother for your kindness! Before I left, i had to make sure I get the special wonka chocolate bars for my kids as they are so yummy! They were sold at the cloud cafe. Ms. Wenalin made sure and went all the way to find me the Nutella wonka bar that I asked for my kids which was very sweet of her. And she got them for me, and Mr. Mikko gave me a delicious cranberry cookie as a treat which was a very nice gesture of him! Ms. Mai and Ms. Jewel were very kind to me as well and loved their beautiful kind smile all the time. You all made me feel like a cinematic star throughtout my whole stay but as a matter of fact, each one of you is the real star of this hotel and which made it a successful heartwarming stay. Thank you for making my stay a memorable one indeed! And I will certainly come back and with my family next time ❤️🙏

Great hotel very good value for money Amazing service and staff

My stay at the Paramount Hotel was truly exceptional. The room was beautifully designed with stunning views that made every moment memorable. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. One of the highlights was the breakfast — undoubtedly one of the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. Every detail, including the cleanliness and overall upkeep, was impeccable. I’m absolutely in love with this hotel and would wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!
