The hotel is in a great location. The metro is close by and plenty of Taxis out front. The bus from the airport dropped us off near Hard Rock Cafe, which is across the street from the hotel.
The front desk staff is outstanding. We will definitely stay there again if we make it back to Barcelona The only thing I would recommend changing is to have breakfast included with your reservation

Excellent staff , very helpful and responsive . Would like to especially
mention Ivan C who was most helpful in all aspects . He has a very easy disposition, articulate and friendly.
Anastitia (hope I got her name right) is also very polite and friendly.
The rooms are clean, the amenities are good and the housekeepers I met are very approachable and pleasant.
Will definitely come back to stay the next time we are in Barcelona.

A hotel with a good location that is safe for solo travelers.
I chose this hotel because it is in a safe location that can be easily reached from the airport for my first solo trip abroad. I saw reviews mentioning that some guests were given rooms without windows, so I made a point to confirm that I would have a room with a window at the time of reconfirmation. Although it wasn't a street-side room, it had a window and was clean and comfortable. The hot water came out well, and the air conditioning worked. The welcome drinks (sparkling water and juice) were set up on the first floor after 3 PM. In addition, there were snacks and apple juice in the room. The staff at the front desk were very kind, and although the prices were high in June, I would like to stay here again when I visit Barcelona.
