Binders Budget City-Mountain Hotel

We enjoyed out stay here room was a decent size, and had a view f the surrounding mountains. its about a 15 min walk into the centre on our short legs, and is a fair price compared to hotels there. There is a kebab shop next door which was really good as well! Rooms are clean, beds are warm and comfy . staff are friendly and we would stay again.

Easy to get to and around the city with the city welcome card. Very helpful staff. Nice quiet location. Wonderful room with the best view!

I have travelled to many places and wow this hotel blew me away! Originally wanted somewhere nearer to hbf but this was most affordable. I booked 5 nights and due to a different room category on the last night, I had to move. I contacted the hotel immediately after I reserved to request not to change rooms but was told they would not be able to accommodate due to other bookings. I occasionally checked and was also unsuccessful. Prior to arrival, I made several requests and they were all met. What impressed me most was the pre check in which allowed me to check in even before arriving at the hotel through a website. I was even able to unlock the hotel and room door using my phone. There is also an option of no housekeeping, which earned you a free drink at the bar. I was also able to report issues during the stay through the website. There is also a sauna and jacuzzi at the basement which were really nice. The staff were professional and efficient and attended to my requests. The single room was very cosy and comfortable. It would be nice if every room had a kettle, mug in the toilet and small fridge. The location is near to a tram stop which is only abt 10 mins to the hbf. I have stayed in many hotels and not even the big brands have such a website for pre check ins etc. Would highly recommend!
