If you’re looking for the best hostel in Milan, I truly recommend this one to everyone. The staff are very friendly, and it has such a warm, family-like atmosphere. If you want a welcoming and cozy place to stay, choose this hostel👍🏻
So far, it seems like this will be the most memorable hostel.
I have stayed at many hostels, but I think this is the most memorable one. It was set up more like a home where the living room was used as a lounge and the rooms were used as guest rooms rather than a typical hostel. At first, I didn't know I had to ring the doorbell, so I wandered around, but then someone came down to carry my luggage, and the lady showed me a map, explaining Milan to me, and also told me what time I should leave to catch my train. Additionally, they moved me from a six-person room to a four-person room, saying they would just transfer me to a women's room. Even though I arrived at 11:30 AM, they checked me in...ㅠㅠ They even provided a locker lock if I didn't have one, and when I mentioned that I didn't want to move to another room, they assured me I could use the mixed dorm since they would always be around, so I felt at ease to stay for three days. They really took care of every convenience and created a feeling of open communication. Every time I came in, they welcomed me with smiles like family, which felt warm. I was a bit worried about some reviews since I had a bad experience with bedbugs in another trip two weeks earlier, but I think they took care to change all the bedding afterward. It was actually very clean, and the blankets were so cozy that I wanted to ask where they were from...^^ I will definitely not forget how warmly and cheerfully the couple greeted me every time. If I come to Milan again, I would want to return. + The hot water was really good, and there was a hairdryer. There were two shared bathrooms, but since it was set up like a home, it didn't seem like many people were staying there, so I didn't find it inconvenient at all. The fact that the room and lounge were right next to each other was very convenient and comforting. There was a heater in the room, allowing for easy temperature control. I was a little disappointed that towels were not provided.
The cost performance is great, highly recommend.
I originally booked a mixed dormitory, but they asked about my gender in advance and changed it to a female dormitory! The staff were all very friendly, and the facilities were clean. There are two restrooms and showers, so it gets a little crowded in the morning. It takes about a 17-minute walk from the train station to the accommodation. The neighborhood on the way looked safe. It’s a small hostel, so the atmosphere is quiet and cozy. I stayed warmly and had a great time!!!
