Incredible… Wat kan mi say? Everything na flawless. Wonderful, attentive staff. Waheed bin amazing fu wi an wi kan't praise him high enough. Wi room bin stunning, dere na so much attention fu detail. Food bin decadent an caters fu all dietary requirements. Wi bin made fu feel so special which made di trip fu mi daughter an mi. Would be back in a heartbeat. Tanki tu all a di team!

Di amount mi pay no feel expensive at all. It bin perfect service an a perfect stay. When mi come tu New York next time, mi will definitely stay here again. Be sure fu use di cafe inside di hotel.

It na say dat dem recently complete renovations. It na expensive, but it would be good fu visit at least once. Location: It na somewhat far from Times Square, but mi no tink it na a bad thing. Room: Di ceiling na really high, an it feel like a hotel from a fairy tale. Mi just! Absolutely! Loved it. Staff/Service: Dere seem fu be a bit a an annoying pride in being a luxury hotel, but dem very friendly. Dere na an additional fee of $60 per day called di urban experience fee, but yu kan use it fu drinks or breakfast in di lounge, which bin nice. Oda hotels tek dis fee without providing anything, an while di amount an name might differ, dere still na an additional charge. In any case, highly recommended even if it expensive!
