Best hotel for the 30th Anniversary (Thank you Gael who works as the best staff)
Mi meki wan reservasi na Pullman hotel nanga no meki wan tori fu mi wedde annivasi. So, wen mi stay na Paris, mi visit di hotel bifo mi booking date. Bika mi no meki wan event fu mi wedde day. Wen mi tori nanga di reception desk staff, he ben veri hospitable nanga help mi. His name na Gael. Let mi taki dis opportunity fu tanki yu veri much fu dis kindness fu wi. Tangi fu yu hospitality, mi feel completely satisfied na Paris.

Mi recently stay na dis hotel nanga, while di location na excellent (veri close na di concert venue) nanga di concierge team ben warm nanga welcoming, mi overall experience wid di front desk ben disappointing fu wan five-star property.
• At check-in, mi reservation (booked via Agoda) could not be found. Although it ben eventually sorted out, wen mi return fu collect di room key, di same issue happen again.
• Fu payment, mi initially pay in cash but ask fu switch to wan credit card later. Di front desk staff confirm dis could be done at check-out, but during check-out, mi ben told it na not possible.
• Mi also request wan late check-out. Di staff say dem need fu check wid di manager nanga would confirm di next day, but mi never receive any response.
Di lack of communication nanga inconsistency between front desk staff ben frustrating nanga no weti mi would expect from wan five-star hotel.
Dat say, di concierge gentlemen ben veri professional nanga friendly, nanga di hotel’s proximity to di venue ben wan big plus. If di front desk service improve, dis could be wan excellent choice fu travelers.
