From the moment we checked in, we were warmly welcomed by Naveen, a truly gorgeous, friendly, and outstanding gentleman. He went above and beyond to make our stay extra special — upgrading us to a spacious room on the 12th floor and arranging a beautiful surprise for our son’s 8th birthday. To our delight, Naveen personally organized a complimentary birthday cake and a heartfelt birthday card for our son, Zac. As if that wasn’t enough, the lovely Gayo and another sweet staff member (who was carrying balloons, and whose name we sadly missed) surprised us again by bringing another cake and singing “Happy Birthday” to Zac. 🎈🎂🎉 These moments brought so much joy to our hearts, especially as we are still grieving the recent loss of my beloved father. Your team’s warmth and kindness gave us comfort and created memories we will treasure forever. Great location to shops, restaurants and the train station Not a lot of storage and bathroom had no counter space for toiletries but was fine for the 2 days

I stayed at Orchard Hotel Singapore and appreciated a few things about the property. What I Liked • Convenient Location: Very accessible, right along Orchard Road — perfect for shopping and getting around the city. • Pool is Okay: The pool is decent for a quick swim or to relax. • Contactless Check-Out: A nice touch that makes leaving quick and easy. What Needs Improvement • Toilet Smell: The bathroom smelled like urine, which was unpleasant for a hotel at this price point. • No Bathrobe: I expected bathrobes in the room but there were none. • Dusty Curtains: The curtains looked dusty and could use a good cleaning. Overall While the location is great and the stay was convenient, the housekeeping standards could definitely be improved. A bit more attention to cleanliness and in-room amenities would make the experience much better.
