We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great very clean and quiet. The gym was a 3/5 and the rooms were a 4/5. Wish the could have had a softer bed and a little more space. The rooms themselves were equivalent to a standard American hotel room

Clean, well-situated, nice personal touches
2 of the four elevators were out of service off and on for much of our stay which caused some traffic jams, and the lines for the pre-purchased breakfasts were quite long on some days. Would not have expected that at a Hotel of this level.
Other than that, everything was exceptional. Staff was very friendly and helpful and our suite had a great terrace and view of the city - including the Eiffel Tower.
They reached out several times through WhatsApp and email to ensure we had everything we needed and to provide any updates. Nice, clear, personalized communications
