Lovely stay; polite and helpful staff
Overall stay experience was good, staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel were very clean, even though the room a bit small but generally still fine.

Location was very busy (considering that we brought a toddler with us), but close to the Central Station which was very convenient. There was a Tram stop very close by as well.
Navigator feature was very helpful! They booked a private boat tour for us on the same day. Boat was absolutely beautiful and guide was so warm and welcoming.
Overall a great stay! :)
