A truly wonderful and awesome hotel stay
We stayed for 2 nights at the Grand Suite. It is all smooth and efficient, starting from the airport transfer to the checking in at reception. The room is clean, spacious and the welcome drink and deserts are amazing. Great hospitality and the staffs are all friendly and respectful. The hotel is right above MBK and we had a wonderful shopping spree around the SIAM area. The hotel is just right beside the BTS so it is convenient to go around in public transport. Overall we are very happy staying there and we are thankful to our butler Nadia who has always been attentive to our requests. We will definitely stay there again if we have the opportunity to visit Bangkok again.
