AYANA Resort and Spa, BALI

It was a place I visited during my honeymoon, and it was a place I really wanted to return to in Bali as a souvenir. During my honeymoon, I stayed in a villa, but on this trip with my kids, I stayed at Ayana Resort, and from the airport pickup service to check-out, I was truly satisfied. In particular, when I checked in, a staff member who could speak Korean named Haemin appeared like a comet and was incredibly kind and helpful. I mentioned that if possible, I wanted to take a photo in front of the villa where I stayed on my honeymoon, and although that villa is no longer there, he guided me to the door of the neighboring villa and even helped with a family photo shoot, giving us gifts, which was very touching. The facilities felt a bit dated, but the views were so beautiful that they couldn't be captured in pictures, especially... Ayana Resort was made even more perfect by the kindness of Haemin. I decided that on my next trip to Bali, I would definitely go to Ayana again.

Everything beautiful, from the moment we arrived until we left. Amazing property with the nicest staff. Must watch sunset at the Rock bar.

This place is out of imagination. 99 hectares of land full of trees , staff, service, facilities, comfort is 20 out of 10. Ayana is a best place . It has 3 different hotels belongs to Ayana, you are in a place where u don’t have time unless you are coming for 2weeks-1month to explore the place. It has everything what you need. It is supper clean and hospitality is amazing
