Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali

Thank you Grand Mirage Resort for all beautiful moments we’ve got here. The place is perfect for children. We was thinking about few different options end never regret. Kids club and all stuff there are very kind and helpful. A lot of activities for kids and adults. Veeery good menu for breakfast, with vegetarian options also. Beautiful views, clean place, all very welcoming. Thank you 🤍 we will definitely come back to try your all inclusive!!

Price - You can get a good deal,if you book early. Book via hotel directly, they communicate with you via whatsapp. Service/Facility- Every employee smiles and wave to my kid. Very very polite people. Well trained. I spoke with cleaners and know the level of training/staff hierarchy. One peace if mind for concious person like me, this place pays better then other places,above average.The service is lighting quick for a place this huge. 3 kid friendly pool & u can order and eat beside pool. Food price is cheaper,for nusa dua, in all restaurants. If u cross the road,the variety of food shops/laundry/spa is also cheap and clean. Location- There is 2 convenience store opposite of the hotel. U can walk along the private beach that belongs to the hotel, to go from main reception to family paradise. The beach is clean, free of dogs/cats like jimbaran. So, eating at the beachside restaurants inside the resort are a treat.

We stayed in this resort for three nights and enjoyed every moment. The premier new garden view room had excellent decor, loved its timber themed wall arts, bed frames and lights, true Balinese style. The corridor was spacious too with gentle music. Buffet breakfast had a lot of variety, Indian food was disappointing though. Coffee was great. Pools amazing and the lazy river was icing on the cake. Staff was always smiling and happy to assist. Comfortable stay, will return again.
