Ramayana Resort & Spa

The whole flow was amazing and memorable. Facade of the hotel shows modernized hotel yet gives Bali vibe thanks to the frangipanis, water fountains, limestones and wooden partitions. The staff guided us to the cozy Suite Lounge right after we arrived since our Lumbung Suite wasn't ready yet. The pathway to our Suite is a bit circling the main pool and was lush with flowering lantanas and heliconias which gives a comfortable yet tropical feel. The Suite itself was beautiful and homy -- my son loves it thanks to the cute & friendly squirrels jumping around. Microwave, induction stove and JET SHOWER are must haves in a suite and this one has it all. Bathroom area is comfy, well lit and huge, which has the size of about 2/3 of the bedroom itself. We had comfortable sleep every night thanks to the medium-firm bed. The pillows could be bit smaller, though. The hotel is connected to several restaurants i.e., Gabah and Buka -- the latter gives free breakfast for suite occupants. Both restaurants are not exceptional. More varieties and better taste would be nice. However, both resto's open access to the main road and the property's close proximity to the beach and other destinations is the highlight of the hotel. Also, thank you for the anniversary and birthday perks for me and my little family. It does make our stay much more memorable and will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Kuta Bali! :)

I stayed 2 nights at the hotel and everything was wonderful. The hotel is located in the city center with many facilities nearby. Staff were enthusiastic and professional. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and clean. The swimming pool was beautiful, and the breakfast had a wide variety of dishes. However, I was disappointed with the hotel’s Spa voucher. At check-in, the receptionist gave me a voucher for a 15% discount when using the hotel’s Spa service. My girlfriend and I had many massage options around, but we wanted to support the hotel’s service. We went to the Spa and booked a massage for 2 people. When it came time to pay, the Spa staff told me the voucher only applied for 1 person, while the other had to pay the full price. I checked again the information printed on the voucher.
