Chatrium Hotel Riverside Bangkok

We absolutely loved our trip to chatrium riverside bangkok. The warm greetings and exceptional welcome made us feel like we are at home. Check in process was swift and our wonderful staff even greeted us till the lift. The room was beautiful and we got a nice riverside view. There was a small issue with the bathroom which was fixed by the team the next day. Otherwise the room was near to perfect and comfortable. Will definitely return!

Me and my family had the pleasure of staying at Chatrium Hotel Riverside Bangkok recently, and everything about the experience was truly spectacular — far beyond my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally warm, professional, and attentive, making us feel welcome and well cared for throughout our stay. Thanks to Mr Por ( hope i spell this right ) always helping me to explain things and even provided me the map of Bangkok, he also very helpful arranging tuk tuk for us. To the Concierge dept, keep the good teamwork because you guys awesome‼️ To the reception dept, you guys awesome too. To the restaurant dept, you guys also awesome‼️ Thanks for the 2 cups of Ice Latte everyday without failed 😘 ( its included in breakfast ) All the staff were truly deeply amazing because every single one if them can speak English very very well— from those at the entrance outside the hotel to everyone inside throughout the entire building. Their hospitality, friendliness, and genuine care made a lasting impression on us. The room was immaculate, spacious, and offered a breathtaking view of the river. Every detail, from cleanliness to comfort, was spot on. The food at the hotel was another highlight — every meal was delicious, beautifully presented, and offered a great variety of choices. I was especially impressed that they provided a Halal (vegetarian) food section, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated touch. The facilities were top-notch, including the pool, gym, and the overall ambiance of the hotel. The location was also ideal, with easy access to key spots in Bangkok via the river shuttle. Starbucks and 7E just round the corner Everything — the food, the staff, the room, and the services — was perfect. This hotel truly exceeded all my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bangkok. I’m already looking forward to coming back!!! But next time i will choose River View ( spectacular ) Overall, I’m speechless because too many things to be grateful and to express in words how i felt about my trip.

Amazing staff and very generous assortment of “finger foods “ for tea and happy hour. The breakfast had a wide assortment of food options and all were delicious.
