My stay at The Hotel Windsor in Melbourne was exceptional, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a classic, elegant, and truly memorable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Their professionalism and personalised service made the entire stay smooth and enjoyable. The hotel’s historic charm is unmatched. The rooms are spacious, beautifully maintained, and filled with character, yet still offer all the modern comforts you would expect. The location is perfect , right next to Parliament House and only a short walk from the city’s best restaurants, cafes, theatres, and shopping areas. One of the highlights was the breakfast and dining experience. The food was high-quality, beautifully presented, and served in a setting that captures the elegance of the hotel’s Victorian heritage. Overall, The Hotel Windsor delivers outstanding service, comfort, and atmosphere. I would gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Melbourne whether for business, leisure, or a special occasion

Be transported back in time when you step into The Hotel Windsor. It feels like stepping into a historical monument of Melbourne, with classy architecture yet a cozy atmosphere, not to mention it is extremely well-kept and clean. All the staff we interacted with were happy, friendly, ready to be of service or assistance, and very accomodating. We received a complimentary room upgrade (from Traditional Queen to a Junior Suite) which was such a nice surprise, I hadn’t even told them we were there for our anniversary. The room was more than double our originally booked room, and almost as big as my apartment. Such generous space with lovely classic timeless architecture that feels both fancy yet nostalgic. The prime location made it easy and convenient to travel between activities and restaurants, we even made fun discoveries of local shops and boutiques we otherwise would’ve never noticed before. We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast the next morning and talked about how we’d like to come back, with other family members and friends. Thank you so much to The Hotel Windsor, especially the staff, for making our stay extra special. We will be back.
