So if you want to travel and you need a lift from the ground floor to your room - this hotel is a little odd. I tore my meniscus right before my trip so I wasn’t concerned about that before I booked - but it made a difference! They have a little handicapped elevator that can take you up stairs and then you walk on a flat landing and then you have to go down stairs to catch the main elevator to your floor. The staff are amazing. I seriously do not know how we got out of our hotel to the taxi because the Paraolympics went right by the property and the police had shut down the area - but the staff made it happen! They are the best!
