Amora Jamison Hotel

I am very satisfied by the excellent service provided from the time I checked in at the reception where the staff will explain the details, and during my stay, breakfast was an extensive spread and very filling and my room was cleaned and towels changed. During my departure, the concierge staff directed us to the best option to get a transport to the airport. The customer service was impeccable in every aspect.

After a 2 hour drive and then the debacle with our Jetstar flight being cancelled twice with no alternate flights to Adelaide left for the concert were we going to to take we were looking for a place to stay for the night in the city, frustrated and exhausted. Agoda had a special on the Amora and to be honest the pool looked amazing in the picture so we booked in. I was greeted by friendly and attentive concierge which was a welcome sign of relief after the day we just had. The young lady at reception was super friendly and caring and offered us a free upgrade to a delux corner room. The room, wow amazing. The bed was so comfy, clean and crisp, the pillows absolutely devine, view was amazing and even had a bath with a great view! Hands down the best place I’ve stayed at from customer service to the room to the pool and sauna and location. Put the sweet part of a bitter sweet day. Highly recommend and will be my go to now when I need to stay in the city. Thanks team 😊

From the moment you arrive until you sadly check out of this beautiful hotel, the staff are so attentive, friendly and welcoming. Always opening the door whether it’s from your car or into the hotel, greeting you every time you walk past and offering advice on where to go and what to do while in Sydney. I arrived early and was not only able to immediately check in but was also upgraded to a room on a higher floor with a beautiful view of the park. The king bed was so comfortable and I really enjoyed the deep luxurious bath tub, then relaxing in the provided robe and slippers. I can’t say enough good things about the buffet breakfast, which was an additional $45 but worth every cent. Within close proximity to the Opera House, Harbour Bridge, shops and restaurants. I will definitely be booking at the Amora when I come to Sydney again!
