Highly recommend
Pros:
-Location (right in front of the Shiomi Station)
-Many close by konbinis (711, Minimart, Family mart inside the hotel)
-walking distance to Maruetsu grocery store with great selection of foods
-lots of free amenities (free umbrella rentals, toiletries, etc)
-excellent customer service
-clean!!!
-luggage scale
-ATMs (711 has the best currency exchange rates for USA)
-laundry (washer & dryer starting at 500yen)
-microwave & drink vending machine
Cons:
-laundry dryer doesn't dry very well (clothes were still damp after 1 hr if drying cycle)
-skin allergies (our kids developed several skin rashes on their face & upper body on our 1st day here so we had to take our daughter to a clinic & they prescribed steroid cream; we believe it's their body wash/soaps)
Despite the cons, we'd stay here again! Highly recommend

Fantastic Hotel
Fantastic hotel for visiting and exploring Tokyo. Although the hotel is situated away from the popular spots of Tokyo, the metro line is super close by and my family always enjoyed the commute. The hotel area is nice and quiet, so after a busy day of exploring it's nice to be in an area that is more calm and away from the crowds. There's an amazing grocery store next to the hotel. The area itself had a few restaurants available. We also chose this hotel because it was located close to Disneyland, very easy commute.
The staff at the hotel were very courteous and professional. Most of them can speak different languages.
The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, no complaints. Lots of amenities offered at hotel and if you are missing anything, there's a familymart inside the hotel.
It's easy to get a taxi from the hotel if you need to travel anywhere further or require airport transportation.
Overall, my family and I had a great and memorable stay.

Comfortable hotel with convenience
The room is spacious enough for 2 of us. The facility are clean and they have shelves with amenities like facial wash, shavers, hair treatment gel, etc, for free! There are also self service bath salt that you can use in your room. And there is a Family Mart right at lobby. It’s a quiet neighborhood and the location is slightly away from the city, but I guess with all the facilities around, it was a good stay. It’s just right next to the JR station. We definitely will stay again in the future. Oh, and the staff are helpful and nice as well.
