Hilton Sydney

We had a wonderful overnight stay at Hilton to celebrate our anniversary, and it truly made our special occasion even more memorable. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming and genuinely attentive. They made us feel valued straight away, which set the tone for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Our room was spotless, beautifully presented and very comfortable – perfect for a quiet night away together.

Great central location- easy to get to anywhere in the city. Also amazing block out blinds and sound proofing makes it feel like you are in the middle of nowhere The Fridge was a little small for our BYO Bottle of wine

The location is really good as it is very central to a lot of places. Most staff were very friendly and professional. The lobby area is quite pleasant. The beds are very comfortable. The corridor area fitout is very well done. Reception staff need a bit more training and could be better versed in their communication skills. The toilets need to be updated - particularly the shower area which looks a bit mouldy. The minibar should be filled with snacks and drinks. Breakfast was a very unpleasant experience as a large indian party was also using the room at the time. This should have been coordinated better. Finally, we were provided a takeaway breakfast on the day of departure. Staff had forgotten to get this preapred as it took them 20-25 mins to prepare them once being reminded. The quality of the items provided in the packs were really poor and we would all have preferred to not to have had it.
