We went here to celebrate our anniversary and found ourselves at awe. From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality and elegant ambiance set the tone for a truly special stay. The deluxe room we stayed in were spotless, and offered stunning views that made every morning feel magical.
The staff went above and beyond to make us feel celebrated. Breakfast and afternoon service were a highlight, with a wide variety of delicious options and attentive service that never felt rushed. Gaining access to the executive lounge is a great PLUS.
Its convenient location made exploring the city effortless, yet the hotel itself felt like a peaceful retreat we were always happy to return to. Eastin Phayathai turned our anniversary into an unforgettable experience, and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back or recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, romance, and exceptional service.

We had a wonderful stay at Eastin Grand Hotel Phayathai! The hotel room was spacious, clean and had a stunning view right from the window. The staff really stood out for their warmth and friendliness, making us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay.
One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast buffet – there was such an impressive variety of food available that every meal felt like a feast.
The location was unbeatable. The hotel is directly connected to both the BTS and the Airport Rail Link, which made getting around Bangkok incredibly convenient. Plus, being situated in the Unicorn building meant we had easy access to everything we needed – from nail and hair salons to a convenience store, After You, food places, and even a small food court.
Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service in Bangkok!
