أقمت أنا وزوجتي في فندق Knight Castle في دبي وكانت تجربة ممتازة بكل المقاييس. 🔹 الموقع: الفندق يتمتع بموقع رائع، قريب من كل الأماكن المهمة مثل المولات والمطاعم ومحطات المترو، وهذا سهّل علينا التنقل كثيرًا. 🔹 العاملين: جميع الموظفين ودودين جدًا ومتعاونين، استقبلونا بابتسامة وكانوا دائمًا مستعدين لمساعدتنا في أي وقت. 🔹 الخدمة: الخدمة سريعة ومميزة، أي طلب كنا نحتاجه يتم تنفيذه فورًا وبدون أي تأخير. 🔹 الراحة: الفندق هادئ ونظيف ويوفر كل وسائل الراحة، مما جعل إقامتنا مريحة جدًا. 🔹 الغرفة: بصراحة، أعطونا غرفة جميلة جدًا ومريحة، بتصميم أنيق وإطلالة رائعة، مما أضاف لمسة مميزة لتجربتنا. أنصح بشدة بالإقامة في فندق Knight Castle، ونتطلع للعودة مرة أخرى في المستقبل. ⸻ Updated Review – In English: My wife and I stayed at Knight Castle Hotel in Dubai, and it was an excellent experience in every aspect. 🔹 Location: The hotel is in a great location—close to major attractions like malls, restaurants, and metro stations, which made getting around very easy. 🔹 Staff: All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They welcomed us with a smile and were always ready to assist us. 🔹 Service: The service was fast and efficient. Any request we made was handled immediately without any delay. 🔹 Comfort: The hotel was quiet, clean, and had everything we needed for a very relaxing stay. 🔹 Room: Honestly, they gave us a beautiful and very comfortable room, with elegant design and a lovely view, which added a special touch to our stay. Stayed 4 nights at Knight Castle Hotel Dubai and had a wonderful experience. Beautiful ambience, spotless hygiene, silent lifts, and superfast one-click Wi-Fi. The king-size bed was very comfortable, and the room was spacious, quiet, and well maintained. Reception staff were exceptionally cooperative, truly outstanding service. Great location near Union Metro Station, which made commuting very convenient. Missed the pool this time, but definitely coming back. Highly recommended for a comfortable and premium stay.

The mattress in the title refers to the concept of rest and hospitality. We encountered the spectrum over the three nights. For price, this hotel does very well. Excellent position in Deira, yet the five star classification feels over stated. Perhaps five of the more distant and slightly duller stars in the sky. We checked in at 4AM due to a missed flight and expected to pay a surcharge for the earlier time. The hotel has no half day rate, which is fine, but I objected when they initially wanted to charge more for the extra half day than for the daily rate which I had already paid! However the night manager was reasonable (and aware the hotel would not sell that room at 4AM!) and reduced their initial rate. The first room was large and comfortable, however the curtains did not fully close, the wardrobe did not open and the shower stall had mould. To the credit of the day manager, Mr Shyam, the next morning he placed us in a similar quality room which resolved all those problems. The hotel staff were a mix of awkward (the cashier who denied the Manager was available) and excellent (the doorman Santosh who assisted us in a positive manner whenever we encountered him). So as said at the beginning, a well priced city stay with a management willing to overcome issues.
