we were in awe of the legacy of the palace, we truly felt like it was a fairytale during our stay. Staff were very attentive and the palace embodied the spirit of its noble hospitality. We wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Excellent all the way
We spent 2 days at this hotel.
It was an exceptional experience.
The hotel staff is great and hotel location is excellent providing great views of the Ciragan Palace and the Bosphorus. The spa and the hotel restaurants are also very good (we had dinner at the Bellini - Italian Restaurant). The hotel also provided us with a special cake and champagne bottle on our anniversary. Overall, we enjoyed our stay thoroughly.

Loved the warm welcome during check in starting from the bellboy to the front desk ..it was beyond my expectations .. thank you to Semat , he was really professional and always smiling , I felt at home . Very clean rooms with beautiful design .
Nothing to say about breakfast but amazing and tasty . I was impressed by the quality and selection of the afternoon tea in Gazebo restaurant.
The gallery history of the hotel is really interesting .
I highly recommend this hotel if you like luxury, style and history . Room was bit hot .
