Ivan was an incredibly kind and welcoming host. He responded promptly to messages, even in the early hours of the morning, which was a huge help. The room was spotlessly clean, and although the bathroom was separate, it was never inconvenient. The building doesn’t have an elevator, but the stairs are wide, and Ivan kindly helped with our luggage, so it wasn’t an issue at all. He thoughtfully prepared a light breakfast for each morning and left it in the room ahead of time. He also stocked our personal fridge in the shared living area daily with cola, fruit juice, and milk—a lovely touch. The shared kitchen was well-equipped with disposable plates and cutlery, making it easy to enjoy meals comfortably. The location is fantastic, just a 10-minute walk from Roma Termini, Rome’s main train station. There are plenty of restaurants nearby that stay open late, so we felt safe even in the early hours. The Conad market inside Termini station was super convenient for buying fresh fruit and essentials, which is great for travelers, including those from Korea. Thanks to Ivan’s warm hospitality, we had a truly comfortable stay. If you’re planning a trip to Rome, I highly recommend staying at his place!

급하게 로마 여행을 계획하느라 우연히 발견한 숙소였는데, 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 테르미니역에서 5분정도 걸어서 갈 수 있는 거리이고 주변도 깨끗하고 안전해 보였습니다. 주인아저씨 Ivan과의 소통도 원활하였고, 무엇보다 깨끗하고 편리하게 숙소가 준비돼 있었어요. 포르투칼에서 6박을 하다 로마가 마지막 일정이였는데, 비슷한 가격대의 숙소 중 여기가 가장 깨끗하고 쉬기에 좋았습니다. Ivan은 궁금한 것을 물어보시면 언제나 친절하게 답해주시고, 에어컨도 빵빵하게 틀어주셨어요. 한 가지 숙소가 2층인데 엘레베이터가 없었지만 Ivan이 짐을 다 들어 올려주셨어요. 유럽 마지막 일정을 정말 편안히 잘 쉬다 온 숙소 입니다. Ivan은 스페인 광장에 Rooms and Comfort Apartment 2호점도 운영하신다고 하네요. 다음 로마 방문시에는 관광의 중심에 있는 2호점에 묵어보고 싶네요.

Extremely well cared for accommodation with a most caring host catering to our comforts and needs. Attractive decor and all the essentials are included. We were fortunate to have booked the room with access to the garden. We had a great stay. Highly recommended.
