Excellant breakfast! Spacious rooms. Extremely friendly staff. Top notch location an London. Highly recommended for value for money.

Di otel was beautiful, in a really good location wid transport links nearby. Dem also offer free luggage storage, which we use pan di last day. On checking in, dem give my daughter a rubber duck, which she love. At breakfast, dem give her an activity pack too. Di breakfast had lots of vegan an gluten free options. Di room was huge, spotlessly clean an comfortable. Di bed an pillows was very comfortable. Di table an sofa an chairs was useful, as was di fridge, wine glasses an desk. Di tv was huge an so was di bathtub. Dere was also a lovely shower an di toiletries was nice. We also had bathrobes an slippers included, which was anoda nice touch. Dem also provide a free toothbrush for my daughter as we had forget to pack hers. Di swimming pool an jacuzzi was great too. Di pool was only 1.2m deep, so make it easier for my daughter, who is not di most confident swimmer, however dere is no lifeguard, so bear dat in mind. Di pool is a lot smaller than it look in di pictures too.

We did not discover until day 2 dat dere was anoda lift we could use because 2 odder lifts was not functioning causing excessive wait times going to an from di room. Checking in was uncomfortably slow, very few check in staff an each check in took far too long causing a very long queue. Bar staff was not very engaging an was slow, 15 minute wait for a bowl of nuts! Check out staff member very rude, snatch my room key from me an send we on we way no courteous “goodbye”, “thanks” nothing said at all, dis was rude. However, di staff at breakfast was extremely helpful as was di concierge staff. Overall dis hotel has a lot of potential but need to do better!
