2 Nights stay at Mendana
The hotel is in a perfect and central location all within walking distance
- The staff where very helpful keeping in communicating with me due to my flight been delayed and the hotel bus was on standby for pickup when I arrived.
- Front desk and Restaurant staff were friendly . Everyone kept greeting me with a smile every morning
- The room was perfect and spacious with all room amenities (just the wifi kept dropping but wasnt a major issue). Great view from the balcony to the sea and also the pool.
I would definitely recommend The Mendana Kitano Hotel for both leisure and and business trip and wouldnt mind staying here again anytime soon

Clean and comfortable, central location, seaview, very nice and friendly staff. Good A/C. Good bed. Large room. There is no lift, and the wooden staircase to go upstairs would need some cleaning/dusting/fresh paint.
Likewise the shower has seen better days, and would need refurbishing.

Location is very convenient and small market is close by.
I was satisfied with the buffet breakfast that was provided. Minor improvements such as timely refill of food/drinks when they run out.
