Perfect Final Night in Athens
On a 10 day trip through Greece with 4 children and two adults, we opted to stay at the Sofitel airport to get a solid nights sleep prior to our early morning departure back to the USA. We stayed in the suites with lounge access and it was a very comfortable way to end our trip. Somewhat expensive, but the rooms were nice, the food was great and we couldn't beat rolling our bags out the door in the morning to check-in for our flights.

It is a high-end hotel, but the quality of service definitely exceeds expectations. Unusually for Europe, it has a bathtub that allows you to stretch out, and the toilet and bath are separate. They also offer a wide range of take-home slippers and various amenities, so there was nothing to worry about during my stay. Its proximity to the airport provides great convenience for the next morning's flight, and of course, they can accommodate early check-in and late check-out requests.

It has everything we needed, a clean room, soft bed, big tub, definitely worth the stay if your flight needs layover for many hours.
