The Westin Los Angeles Airport

The service was excellent the rooms are very clean and has a great location just 7 mins from the airport

I had a very late check-in (almost 1am). Walking to the reception area (quite a walk) and what seemed to be the night duty manager who looked at me like I was an interruption of her duties. She gave a perfunctory greeting and told me to wait. She finalized her task, communicated with a nearby coworker and went inside the back office. Out came a friendly and warm FO attendant who greeted me nicely and proceeded to check me in. For a 4-star property you would have expected an immediate chech in (under 3 mins of arrival) given that I was the lone customer checking in that ungodly hour. Check in aside, room was new, very clean, well appointed and on the top floor. Bed was fabulously heaven. I never had such a good sleep. I did not have the chance to experience any of the F&B outlets nor amenities. Property announces a forthcoming renovation. We may return... preferably during day time for a better reception experience.

Overall clean and convenient location, also provides airport shuttle. Staff is friendly and helpful when I ask about nearby urgent care because one of family members was unwell.
