Water Street and HarborGate Condos & Studios

My wife and I enjoyed our six-day stay at the 110B Water Street condo. The unit provided a comfortable base for our time in St. John’s. The location is superb, close to the Water Street pedestrian mall and the many restaurants, shops and bars along Water Street and Duckworth Street. The parking, which cost a bit extra, was very convenient. The instructions for accessing the condo and parking were very clear, and the host provided useful information about things to do and places to go in St. John’s and the Avalon Peninsula. The unit was very clean on arrival, which was appreciated.

Loved everything about the property, large, clean, well appointed. Fresh ground coffee in the morning, not pod based. Washer and dryer. Great location. Incredibly comfortable beds. Just everything came together. But best was Earl the owner. He answered all our questions, and made suggestions the took our trip from great, to incredible. We would love to stay here again when we next visit St. John’s.

Quiet but very convenient location within walking distance to everything we wanted to see. Even Quidi Vidi! Stayed here for the fabulous NL Folk Fest( 15 minute walk), 20 min walk to The Rooms. 25 min walk to Sobeys. Apartment was big, beautiful and clean. Would definitely stay there again!
