EPIC SANA Luanda Hotel

I’ve honestly loved my stay because not the stuff or location have given me a reason to complain. I will definitely be recommending this resort to all my friends and family back home. Everything is just so perfect ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

This hotel was epic, as the name implies. It’s a very nice large skyscraper building with excellent rooms and amazing, welcoming staff. For the first time ever at a hotel accommodation I had food (even though it was a small meal) waiting for me on my room table when I checked in. The restaurants within the hotel served amazing food and drinks and had great vibes. The lounge/restaurant on the top floor was lovely and had amazing panoramic views of the city. There’s also a pool on the second floor, spa & wellness center on the bottom floor, and more. Breakfast served in the morning was superb! Unfortunately I’m gonna take 1 point off because I thought the airport transport service they offered was way too much. For a 15 minute ride to the Luanda Quatro 4 de Fevereiro international airport they charge $165 USD one way while I found other legitimate drivers on TripAdvisor outside the hotel that provided the same transport for wayyyyy less. I know this hotel caters to the high end individuals but when a 1 hour massage in the Spa at this same luxury hotel cost just half the price that really stood out to me… too much for a 15 minute airport transport.

The staff are really friendly at check-in and in the breakfast restaurant. The room is comfortable and the bed is decent. Generally speaking, it is a good standard, but could do with an update Like most things in Luanda, it offers poor value for money with high prices. The staff at the pool bar could be more attentive and quicker when taking orders.
