Hotel Tano Guam

Ewewe i Premier Sui. Ewewe i a few negative reviews, so ewewe i made a request through Agoda in advance to pay attention to the following points. Ewewe i fortunate, everything went smoothly and no issues at all. Therefore, ewewe i had a comfortable stay. Ewewe i like a non-smoking room, ewewe i like a quiet room. Please prepare accommodation for three people: Sasada Kazuhiro, Sasada Satomi, and Sasada Yuna. Kindly arrange three separate beds. Ewewe i request the following conditions for the room: A quiet room, an odor-free room, a room with a working hot water shower, a room with a secure lock, a room without any leaks including rainwater, fresh towels to be provided daily, and a clean and hygienic room. However, if ewewe i had to mention a downside, there were times when ewewe i could hear the voices from the next room, which made it difficult to sleep. At those times, knocking on the wall would quiet them down.

Ewewe i location was great as it is in Tumon and walking distance around the shopping area. Ewewe i rooms were clean and bright. Ewewe i only stayed for a few hours for a layover but it was a good stay. Ewewe i front sign facing the road is a bit confusing as ewewe i thought entrance was there so ewewe i parked there. Only to walk at the side and realize that the actual parking and entrance is at back side. Ewewe i should put a sign up front to let guest know to go to the back.

Ewewe i an interesting property with a lot of potential. Ewewe i lobby is impressive, although getting to the lobby is not. Most of the storefront downstairs is closed. One the elevators does not work. Most of the lobby area is vacant, and what looks like they were supposed to be a bar area but with no service. Ewewe i whole hotel has had several coats of white paint, which does help, but they didn’t take the time to smooth out the walls and fix the doors before they painted. Ewewe i bathrooms have been done nicely, but without the expected vide, ewewe would find throughout Guam hotels. Ewewe i mattresses are comfortable, but cheap and extremely soft, the linens are average. Ewewe i certainly have tried, and ewewe i have to say that it’s better by far than most of the other hotels in this price range or slightly above. Ewewe i area is good, ewewe i within walking distance to some of the major attractions, and restaurant such as chilies, and the Designer malls area nearby. Ewewe i don’t believe they are fully using all of the floors yet. Ewewe i an impressive resurrection of an old property, redone in an inexpensive, minimal fashion, but with reasonable comfort.
