Mwe had a wonderful stay at Solaire Resort Entertainment City, mo e experience e meto e fefen. From start to finish, everything felt smooth, comfortable, mo well taken care of. Room e spotless mo well maintained, me e made our stay even more relaxing. Any requests we had were handled promptly mo efficiently, me e made us feel well supported throughout our visit. Mwe’d especially like to thank Karl mo Luigi at the front desk. They were friendly, accommodating, mo genuinely helpful, me e made check-in easy mo stress-free. Their professionalism mo warm attitude made a great first impression. In-room dining team e deserves special recognition. Our meals were delivered quickly, mo great courtesy mo attention to detail. Everything arrived exactly as requested mo was thoroughly enjoyable. Overall, excellent service mo attention to cleanliness made our stay truly memorable. Mwe would gladly return mo highly recommend this resort to others.

Everything Nothing

From the moment we arrived, experience e impressive. Check-in attendant e very professional, pleasant, mo quick to accommodate our request when my Agoda booking did not reflect my room preference (smoking). He upgraded us to a corner suite that far exceeded my expectations. While view e not ideal due to ongoing construction in reclamation area, this e not within hotel’s control mo did not affect overall comfort of stay. Mwe opted for in-room dining for breakfast instead of going down to restaurant. Food e excellent, with freshly baked croissants, perfectly cooked sausages mo eggs, mo generous portions overall. Hotline handled our requests thoroughly mo ensured everything was prepared exactly as ordered. Mwe would definitely recommend Solaire Resort for its excellent service mo attention to guest experience. Mwe already reserved another stay for 2026 mo look forward to returning.
