A charming hotel with exceptional service and a team that truly cares about its guests.
The hotel has a warm and elegant atmosphere in a perfect central location. The rooms are clean, beautifully furnished, and well maintained. The highlight of my stay was the exceptional hospitality from the staff, especially Naomi from the front desk, whose kindness and positive energy made my stay truly memorable. There was nothing major to dislike. Everything met my expectations, and the team was always helpful. Maybe adding more variety to the breakfast menu would make the experience even better.
