5* hotel on the lake
it is a spoiling 5 star hotel. high level with friendly and poilte stuff. eveything i needed supplied quick and efficient.they really try to please their guests. I liked the nespreso machine in the room and the polite and professional service isnt located in the city center. Expensive

We were celebrating our wedding anniversary & were delighted to find a bottle of champagne, cake & fruit in our room. Also after a slight problem with the air conditioning a box of chocolates was left in the room for the inconvenience. The staff couldn’t be more helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel - expensive but Geneva is an upmarket city.
